Residential Cleaner

Part-Time & On-Call

We are seeking hard-working residential cleaners with excellent communication and people skills. The successful applicant is able to work independently with minimal supervision and is very detail oriented. Knowledge of proper usage of household cleaning products and equipment required. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, tidying up, decluttering and emptying trash. Window, appliance, carpet and floor cleaning are essential. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic and takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities:

  • Dust all surfaces and furniture

  • Clean and mopping wood, linoleum, tile and other floors

  • Vacuum rugs and carpets

  • Clean windows

  • Clean appliances: microwave, refrigerator, oven

  • Clean ceiling fans

Qualifications:

  • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of experience in janitorial services

  • Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite

  • Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment

  • Excellent stamina and physical health

  • Have the ability to regularly lift 20lbs or more

  • Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

Digital Marketing Associate

Part-Time

The ideal candidate will play a vital part in helping us develop new customer acquisition strategies and execute day-to-day tactics to increase the sales and leads funnel as well as acquisition. The candidate will create an integrated paid digital & SEO marketing strategy, delivering on tactics to drive pipeline/revenue growth. You must have a keen understanding of Social Media platforms and how to utilize their influence to drive traffic to our website, increase business to client engagement with a goal of converting web and app impressions into sales.

 

Duties will include:

 

  • Designing strategic marketing initiatives and programs through emails, website, social posts, newsletters, blogs, apps, etc.

  • Continually analyzing performance and recommending strategic adjustments to drive business opportunities, optimizing the company website to ensure the most effective conversion and retention of new members.

  • Managing digital paid for multiple channels including, Google, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram to name a few.

  • Creating a digital marketing calendar of planned and carefully timed events.

 

This position requires that you be highly analytical, results-driven and able to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. Good written and oral communication skills are essential. You must be a team collaborator, organized, detailed oriented and able to effectively execute the company’s vision. You will work remotely with occasional meetings in Brooklyn.

 

To be considered. Demonstrated experience with the following:

 

  • 5 years of SEO/SEM experience

  • 5 years of Facebook Ad experience

  • Experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms

  • Experience in Digital Marketing initiatives

  • Experience in campaign design, delivery and funnel conversion optimization through solid hands-on activity across paid and owned channels within a highly competitive, fast-paced e-commerce driven industry

  • Deep understanding of ad formats, segmentation, look-alike audiences, tracking, multi-touch attribution and growing trends in paid digital media

  • Results-driven, comfortable with large datasets and able to identify actionable trends and insights

Sales Representative

Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies new customers and opportunities, creates presentations and successfully expands customer base

  • Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Establishes, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Manages existing accounts independently and effectively

  • Grows existing business and exceeds sales targets

  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans

  • Creates plan and programs  to grow accounts and executes plan effectively

  • Provides timely monthly reporting as outlined by manager

Office Cleaner

Part-Time & On-Call

We are looking to hire hard-working office cleaners/janitors who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our offices and buildings. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and shampooing carpets, in addition to maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building

  • Use equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners

  • Dust all surfaces and furniture

  • Clean and mop wood, linoleum, tile and other floors

  • Vacuum rugs and carpets

  • Clean restrooms

  • Clean windows, shampoo carpets, buff, strip and wax floor, replenish supplies in restrooms and dining areas

  • Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees

  • Change air filters and clean vents

  • Maintain inventory by ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

  • Write reports and complete checklist of areas cleaned and notify the manager of any issues large or small

  • Collecting and taking out trash and recycling daily

  • Secure building by locking doors and setting alarms once cleaning is complete
